Gateron Cap V2 Switch is the new switch series that will offer smooth and tactile typing experience. The Gateron Cap V2 switches are fully compatible with our regular Keychron keyboard hot-swappable versions that do not require soldering.

Notice: Due to the housing design of the Gateron Cap Milky-Yellow, Golden-Yellow and Golden-Brown switches, the backlight effect will not be that obvious.

Meet Gateron Cap Switches

Enlarged stem post makes the switch stem less wobbliness, yet more stable.

A 0.4 mm tiny hole is added to the switch base to reduce resistance based on the aerodynamic principle.

Base materials of gold contacts have been upgraded in which the oxidation resistance and conduction performance is greatly enhanced.

Factory pre-lube which generally improves the smoothness, stability and life span of the switch.

These things are great. Pre-lubed and it’s actually done fairly well. They sound so great. I wish you could get the k4 with these switches stock they are so much nicer then the red

Ordered the milky yellows. They feel and sound amazing. Didn'I expect such a good experience from a factory lubed switch. My fingers and ears are fully satisfied!

Better than expected!

Got the milky gateron yellows. They sound amazing and feel buttery smooth. I wasn't expecting the lube to be good as most "pre lubed switches" aren't too great but these were a pleasant surprise!
